About Haidilao Hot Pot Century City

Haidilao Hot Pot Century City, located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd Ste 2610 in Los Angeles, California, offers a unique and immersive dining experience centered around traditional Sichuan-style hot pot cuisine. Founded in 1994 in Sichuan, China, Haidilao has grown to become the largest direct-operated hot pot brand in China and a globally recognized Chinese restaurant chain, boasting over one billion customer visits worldwide. This extensive reach reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service, which has helped it expand internationally, including multiple locations across the United States since its first U.S. opening in Arcadia, Los Angeles, in 2013[1][2][5].

At Haidilao Hot Pot Century City, diners engage in an interactive culinary tradition where a large pot of boiling broth is placed at the center of the table, and guests cook a variety of fresh ingredients such as thinly sliced meats, vegetables, noodles, and tofu themselves. This communal style of dining not only highlights the rich flavors of Sichuan cuisine but also fosters social connection and shared enjoyment. The restaurant provides an extensive bar of condiments, allowing guests to customize their dipping sauces to suit their personal tastes, enhancing the overall dining experience[3][4].

Haidilao is renowned not only for its food but also for its exceptional customer service and unique entertainment offerings. The brand has become famous for its attentive and thoughtful service, which in China includes amenities such as free manicures, shoe polishing, shoulder massages, and even tableside noodle-pulling performances. While some of these services are limited in the U.S. due to local regulations, the Century City location maintains a welcoming and lively atmosphere that reflects the brand’s dedication to customer satisfaction and memorable dining experiences[1][2].

The restaurant’s ambiance is designed to be warm and inviting, with a bustling yet comfortable environment that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their meal. Haidilao’s staff are known for their friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere. The Century City location, situated within the Westfield Century City Mall, benefits from a prime location that attracts a diverse clientele eager to experience authentic Chinese hot pot in a modern setting[3][4].

Haidilao’s success story is rooted in its founder Zhang Yong’s vision and perseverance. Starting as a small hot pot restaurant in Sichuan, Zhang transformed Haidilao into a global powerhouse with over 1,400 restaurants worldwide. The brand’s expansion into the U.S. market has been met with enthusiasm, as it offers a distinctive dining option that combines culinary tradition with innovative service and entertainment. The Century City branch continues this legacy by delivering high-quality ingredients, flavorful broths, and a dynamic dining experience that appeals to both newcomers and hot pot enthusiasts alike[1][2][5].

For those seeking a flavorful, interactive, and culturally rich dining experience in Los Angeles, Haidilao Hot Pot Century City stands out as a premier destination. With its roots deeply embedded in Sichuan culinary heritage and a global reputation for excellence, it offers more than just a mealβ€”it provides an engaging social experience that celebrates the art of hot pot dining. First time here, and we had such a great experience! The place is very clean, the food is delicious, and there are plenty of soup and protein options to choose from. Rachel, our server, provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our first visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Rachel!

I never thought I’d be writing a 5 star review for a hot pot restaurant because I’ve never liked hot pot. I’ve tried about five different places before, and every experience was disappointing. Because of that, I was really hesitant to give Haidilao a chance. But wow. This place completely changed my mind. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Their customer service was easily 10/10 and made the whole experience even better. We tried 4 different soup bases, 7 appetizers, and a variety of meats, and every single thing we ordered was fresh and absolutely delicious. I was also impressed by all the thoughtful little touches. They had eyeglass lens wipes, hair ties, and so many small conveniences that I’ve never seen at any other restaurant. It’s clear they really care about their guests experience. This is, without a doubt, the best hot pot I’ve ever had. Haidilao officially turned me into a hot pot lover. I’ll definitely be back next week πŸ’›

People often talk about the famous service at Haidilao, and my visit here finally let me see what the hype is about. This location is on the second floor of Westfield Century Mall. I had made a reservation in advance but didn’t realize I accidentally booked it for the wrong day. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helped adjust my reservation without any hassle, which was a great first impression. This was my first visit to this location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the little extras they offer. I’ve heard that this kind of attentive service and complimentary snacks is part of the typical Haidilao experience in Asia. I did visit another location in Northern California a couple of years ago, but I don’t recall receiving those same freebies back then. Hotpot is always a great choice for gathering with friends and family, and Haidilao definitely makes the experience feel a bit more special. Ordering is simple through the touchscreen system, which makes customizing your meal easy. One of the highlights was the dancing noodle performance β€” the staff member preparing the noodles was clearly very experienced, and it added a fun and memorable touch to the meal. In

The customer service was top-notch! Every request was handled with a smile, and the staff genuinely cares about their guests. The food is simply outstanding. Every ingredient was fresh, and the hotpot broths are packed with flavor! Great drink selection! The iced teas were refreshing, and the specialty cocktails paired well with the food. The ambiance is just right – stylish yet comfortable. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner.
